Endnote
For this genre I mainly just learned how to create a movie poster, because I had already gained all the information that I needed when I worked on my dialogue between C.S. Lewis and J.R.R. Tolkien, and also by reading the biography that Samantha did. I think by creating this and having to think about what this documentary would be about I learned that when you are thinking about an author you have to think of them as not just an author but also as a person.
My choice of audience for this genre would have to be that of movie loves and knowledge seekers alike. I think that adults and children alike would enjoy this. Adults would be gaining knowledge about Lewis, and children would be doing the same, but in a way that children nowadays find more entertaining, watching a movie. I would have to say that just about anyone would be a good choice of audience for this particular genre, unless they don't really like Lewis and his writings. I think it could be something that is really cool to see if it were real.
I, Jena Jones, choose this genre because I thought that it would be something fun for anyone to see. I think that the thought of a documentary on C.S. Lewis is really interesting, and I think a lot of people would be able to agree with that. I liked making the poster, and trying to think of exactly what type of movie to make and what the movie should be about was quite difficult. It is just a poster and not an actual movie so that made it a lot less stressful, but it was still tough to decide what exactly to do this on. But, once I choose to make it all about the life of Lewis it became a lot easier and really interesting to boot.
Well, for this genre I didn't really need to use any sources, but what I did use was some of our groups previous genres. I used the knowledge from my dialogue genre and the knowledge from Samantha's biography. I used these things to just pick what the documentary could and would be about. I do think I did a pretty good job at using these, but I didn't really need them to create this movie poster.
